Payment Policies: Visa, MC, Discover Card, Personal Checks or Traveler Checks accepted. Deposit is credited to rent upon arrival.

Cancellations: Monthly rentals canceled 30 days or weekly 14 days prior to arrival pay $35.00. Cancelations made after these time limits forfit the deposit.

Arrival/Departure: Arrivals are between 3 p.m. and 5p.m.. Departure time is 10 a.m.. If your room is available earlier you will be allowed to check-in early.

Tax: Okaloosa County has a 10% tax on lodging
