Deposits: $500.00
Payment Policies: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Cash
Cancellations: For deposit to be refunded for reservations for stays in the off-peak season (Dec 1-Feb 28 & Sept 10-Nov 30)must be cancelled or changed at least 30 days prior to arrival. Peak season reservations, March 1-Sept 10, must be cancelled or changed at least 60 days prior to arrival. A $20.00 cancellation fee will be charged. If cancellation is made with less than 30 days notice in off-peak season or less then 60 days notice in peak season, deposit will be held in lieu of lost rent. If the home is re-rented for the time period cancelled, deposit will be refunded minus cancellation fee of $20.00.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in 2:00pm on the day of arrival; Check-out 10:00am on the day of departure. During peak seasons, reservations are from Saturday to Saturday only, 7 night minimum.
Tax: 11% tax, $20 reservation fee & $125 cleaning fee
